Hey I just wanted to say this, since I see it all the time, and it doesn’t seem to be common knowledge that it’s something sort of offensive. Tibetan prayer flags may seem like a colorful & worldy decoration for your walls, but they’re meant to be hung outside, so the breeze can carry away the prayers. To put it in perspective, hanging these inside is like using an American flag as a doormat. It’s disrespectful to mistreat something that is sacred to certain people. I hope submitting this will help spread the word. Thanks!
